Welcome to The Iris Salon (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, booking appointments, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Service

  • Achieving specific results may require additional sessions and/or services.
  • All services show a starting price and may increase for reasons including but not limited to hair length, texture, additional
    services rendered, and experience level.
  • Any service performed on extensions requires an initial consultation before booking.
  • Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at The Iris Salon’s discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Clients can book appointments online, by phone, or in person.
  • Any/all cancellations or modifications must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Any cancellations or modifications with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a Late Cancellation.
  • Late cancellations or No Shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment.
  • For any future services after a Late Cancellation or No Show, you may be subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.
  • Appointment confirmations are provided via SMS and email 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours before an appointment.
  • Failing to confirm an appointment does not count as a cancellation.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods.
  • All sales for services and retail products are final.
  • Service Adjustments: Requests for adjustments must be made within 2 weeks of the original service. Additional charges may apply. To request an adjustment, contact us directly via email or phone.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are available in physical and electronic options based on location.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise specified.
  • Gift cards can be used for both services and retail purchases.
  • To redeem, present the gift card at the time of checkout.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Client Conduct

  • We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.

6. Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality services, but results may vary based on hair type and condition.
  • The Iris Salon is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or hair history.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
