- [ ] Our services are priced within ranges based on stylist experience and the time and product required. Length, density, previous color, and your service plan can impact final pricing. Before we begin, your stylist will confirm pricing with you so there are no surprises at checkout.
- [ ] Many color services take several hours. We recommend setting aside ample time so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Some results are best achieved over more than one visit, depending on your hair history and goals.
- [ ] Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to adjust or reschedule their service to respect timing and quality.
- [ ] If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 2 weeks of your service so we can talk through adjustments.
- [ ] We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or modify an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50 percent fee.
